Karta-leo & Jemma

Let me introduce Karta-leo.  A lovely black and white Persian I bought at a local pet shop was born in Nov 1999.  She was the first cat I showed in Household Pet section in year 2000.  During that show she entered into final in 2 out of 4 rings that made me really excited.  From 2000 till 2008, she has been a finalist at all cat shows and amazingly brought home over 40 rosettes.

In 2002 Sharamka Jemma joined us from UK (photo below), she is a beautiful dilute calico.  I started to show her in 2003 in premiership section surprisingly she came home with two rosettes and she had barely turned 1 year old at that time.  Unfortunately Jemma suffered from eyes problem in 2004 and I had no choice but to stop showing her.

After several surgeries Jemma's eyes recovered in mid 2005.  I started her show life again at the end of 2005.  She easily pick up the Grand Premiership title in Dec 2005 cat show.  In July 2006, she was shown in Malaysia, Jemma swept 6 best cat out of 8 rings, 2nd best cat and six best cat in other two rings that made her the best in show.  I shown her in HK August same year with over 70 premier and she was the best in show once again.  Today Jemma is the Division Winner of 2006/07 show season.

Finally, I need to send a big thank you to everyone who cheered Jemma on through the season. Who would have thought this low white calico Persian would have become my first Division winner ? Jemma really loved every minute of her career and is the definition of a true show cat in my eyes !
